Job Overview:

Responsible for upholding Brick + Ember Outfitters values while assisting in completion of projects efficiently and professionally for the Production Department. Prepare and have knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming projects assigned to team. Be a role model for all Outfitters.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assist Production Supervisor in completing duties of project
• Set up project while Supervisor is doing initial walk through
• Clean up project while Supervisor is doing final walk through
• Project knowledge before day of job
• Ensure all material for project is in vehicle for the day
• Clock in and out daily
• Expert use of all ST functions for a technician

Qualifications/Pay:

Candidate for the position must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The candidate must maintain a positive attitude. Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a constantly growing environment. The candidate must maintain extreme reliability based on attendance and timeliness. Most of all candidate must be an advocate for all employees and policies of Brick + Ember Outfitters. Starting pay for this position is $18hr.
