The Problem

Brick + Ember Outfitters was called out to a home in the Ridge Hills Trails neighborhood on the south side of Indianapolis. The paved front walkway and patio area had suffered significant deterioration and damage. Many pavers were displaced and entire portions of the paved walkway had been busted up.

The Solution

Brick + Ember Outfitters was tasked with restoring the pavers to their original glory. To restore the patio area, the Brick + Ember Outfitters crew removed unwanted materials and relayed a new foundation and new pavers to the customer’s liking. To restore the walkway, the crew removed the damaged portion completely. They then relayed sand beneath the paver area, allowing the pavers to sit flush. Finally, the crew installed a mortar joint between the pavers.

The end result is a beautifully restored paved walkway and patio area. These restored pavers are the first impression the home deserves.
